We are great believers in paperless remote cloud-based solutions, generally using Microsoft products, encouraging openness but within a secure environment.

We are a Xero partner and generally use Xero as the accounting package of choice, which allows remote access.  All supporting documentation relating to a transaction will be uploaded, as can contact information, for example copies of contracts and key correspondence with suppliers and donors, but will adapt to clients own package if required.

Subject to agreed controls we can also maintain your bank accounts and transaction processing of approved payments.
